THE FIRST TIME I EMAILED THEM TO REQUEST BOOKING INFORMATION FOR AN EVENT THAT WAS already scheduled THE STATUS REPORT SAYS THAT MY ORDER WOULD NOT BE COME OUT FOR MORE THAN A WEEK LATER. THEN THEY SEND ME THIS POORLY WRITTEN STATUS REPORT SAYING THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED AFTER ALL. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THAT IT WASNT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY IF MY ORDER NEVER GOT HERE OR IF IT ARRIVED LATE. is a company that is in the business of providing quality services to its guests. I have never seen or used Ouch Hospitality in person before now that I live online. They always seem to be working out of the same office somewhere in California. For all I know they could be running a different service now as well.I was recently involved in a conversation with an associate who said that he has worked with Ouch Hospitality before and found them to be poor in terms of customer service. I refused to give his name and identity away until he had completely convinces me otherwise. If he ever experiences any issues from now on he can reach out to me for help only to find that I am already gone. This type of review just isnt good enough for someone who wants to work with this company.
