The customer service team here at OSE.com.au are actually fantastic but they keep telling me that I need to be in my forcht with the website for it to work. It doesnt and Ive had to message them multiple times about this before finally getting someone To help with this experience. Overall Im very disappointed with the first impression of OSE.comai and would not recommend it to anyone.
