I just added this company to my suitcase and brought it to work. I have never had such terrible customer service. The first time I had to call they were out of the product and couldnt get ahold of me. The second time I had to get ahold of them and they were good. But again no wins today. Now Im going to have to go back in an buy some of their stuff.I just bought paragoninnovations website software and myself a new laptop.both are amazing products Unfortunately I will be leaving the business after this season due to poor customer service and lack ofLECTRONICS Ill be very unhappy if paragoninnovations does not offer any support for their products
