I have been a customer of Park Circle Technologies for about two years now. The first time I was very impressed with the quality of their products. However after one year my watch stopped working and they were not willing to repair it. It took quite some effort on my part to get them to take the watch back but in the end they did and charged me an additional 100 for doing so. Needless to say I will not be returning any time soon

I was extremely disappointed with company parkcircletech.com. I ordered a cycling saddle and the product never arrived despite being promised it would arrive by Wednesday. I also received a defective product which required me to returns the saddle in order to get a new one. After much hassle and expense I finally got my refund and am now looking for another cycle store that will deal with this company.
