Do not bother with this company They are the worst. First of all they never send out updates for their software and dont tell you about any changes until after youve already sent in your taxes. Second of all their customer service is terrible. I had to call them three times before they would answer my question. Finally the taxes they charged me were outrageous.

I have used this company for years and have never been happier with their services. The employees are always so polite and willing to help out. However I have had recent experiences with their customer service which has not been great. First they told me that my taxes were already paid because I already received my paychecks in the mail which was not the case. Second they said that I needed to come into the office and show them my drivers license to prove that I am actually a resident of Laredo TX Im not. Finally when I called them about getting my taxes done again they said that it would cost too much money which is definitely not true - it only costs 10 per year to use their services. Overall this company does not seem worth your time or money.

For business accounting they are terrible too Their website is actually very easy to navigate but their customer service is horrible.
