I just signed up for the free trial and my first step is tochname is company pcpsoftek.com. I enter the name of the company and then their phone number. I do this a few times. Then I try to make a payment through PayPal. I get a message saying that my account has been created but its not RMI- Samoa yet They say theyll get back to me. They also said they cant use RMI- Samoa until they have more information. Well they got back to me and used RMI- Samoa finally But it was really frustrating because I thought my account was set up correctly when in fact it was not. Thank you company pcpsoftek.com for helping me correct this mistake.

I have had two problems with this company in the past few months. The first was when I sent in a question about my computer and received a response that my question was important but that I should not post it because it would be used in the search engine. So I decided not to post it and then got a call from them asking if I still wanted to post it. NOPE The second problem was much more serious. They unable to find out what the problem was and just said we will get you some help. Well they did and now your computer is completely ruined

I just received my new PcpSoFTEK Solutions LLP number and everything is very exciting The software is easy to use and looks great. However the customer service is terrible. I had a question about a function in the software and they were able to help me out immediately. But then again its usually the turn of a team of wolves on any company that isnt careful..I would not recommend this company to friends or family.
