I have never had such a terrible experience with a company pen. The pensilmedia website was easy to use and look up photos of items in my shop and order I am now using a different website. No one is contactable by phone or email. I have received Ditto silver notus and other pensI am very disappointed with this companys recent products and services. Pensilmedia is particularly bad today - the customer service is unhelpful and the site itself isacementable. I would not recommend this product to others.
