The software is terrible. The web design and development company I work for used it for years and never had a problem. But now after about 6 months of use the website keeps crashing. Its not just one site every time I try to open a new window or tab in my browser the whole thing closes with an error message. I cant even sign in to my account because the password has been lost in transit This is not good enough - we need our money back now.
