I have not worked with this company before but their website seems to be full of broken promises and misleading information. They promise that their software is the best in the business but it turns out to be one of the worst Ive ever used. Their app development services are also quite poor - they claim to be able to create top-quality apps quickly but my experience has been anything BUT that. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their web development and app development services are terrible. I have used them for both projects and the results have been nothing but poor. The website is very poorly designed the pages load slowly and there are often errors on the pages themselves. Their customer service is also nonexistent - they dont even offer a phone number or email address for customer support

I have experienced a lot of terrible experiences with companies in the business of PHI HORIZON - Pakistan039s Top Software House. This is the worst one yet. The developers were not able to meet my expectations at all and they did not even send me the files I asked for. They also charged me a lot of money for something that was not necessary.

I ordered a web development project and after receiving the order I was told that there were no active projects in the companys software development department. I then tried to contact the customer service representative but received no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
