Do not bother with this company - they are nothing more than scam artists. They sell you Photon Home security cameras for a high price and then tell you its worth it because the videos will make your home look so much better. The reality is that these cameras only take video and do not actually protect your home from burglars or theft. Do not waste your money on this company

is nothing more than a scamI have been a customer of photon for over two years now and I cannot believe how much of a scam this company is. First off the website looks legitimate but once you sign up for an account there are no features available to use until you pay for a 10 monthly subscription. Additionally the images that are displayed on the site look very fake and distorted. Second the memberships do not actually allow you to use your camera as intended- instead they give you only 10 shots before it goes back into storage. Third after signing up you are immediately charged 25 per month even though there is no service involved at all Lastly when trying to take pictures or videos with your camera they charge quite high rates which make it difficult to decide whether or not to try and get them down below those prices. Overall this company is nothing more than a scam and I advise anyone who has been contacted by them to cancel their membership right away

.inI just got my first order from them and it was a con. I ordered a light cover for my phone and an effect sky blue light Globe. both of which were also double purchased. The light cover was supposed to arrive in blue but it was more of a dark blue which made it hard to see the image. The effect sky blue light Globe looked great however it just came in one big piece and was way too bright. Overall Im not sure what the issue was but it wasnt the product.

The customer service was terrible and it was extremely frustrating. I lost my money and I couldnt do anything about it. Thank you for your time but I will not be returning to this company.The customers review is very negative and includes many details about the process that didnt go well. They say that the customer service was terrible and that they did not help them with the issue. They also say that the company does not make itself clear enough in the user guide or on the website.
