I did not have a positive experience with this company. The invoicing process was extremely slow and I had to chase down my order multiple times because they would not send it to me until after the weekend. Additionally the customer service was terrible. They were always very responsive but their attitudes ranged from RUDE to condescending. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I absolutely hated this company. We bought invu POS from them and it was terrible. The software was slow the customer service was horrible and the whole experience was a total disaster. I would not recommend anyone to use them again.

The company pineappletc.com is a fraud and a scam. They promise you a free invoicing software but they never send it to your email address. They also claim that you can make money by selling invoices online but there is no evidence that this is true. In fact the only thing that the company seems to have going for them is their name - which probably comes from an old computer program used by scammers in order to get peoples personal information such as social security numbers out of their heads. Avoid this company at all costs

I have had to call pineappletc.com multiple times to get my account set up with them. Every time they have done a terrible job. I have had to call support and ask for help. They do not ever seem to do what they say they will do. They just keep trying to do the same thing over and over again like it is their job. Then I would be QAd about what was going on and then it would be oh yeah we know The last time I called they said well sorry we couldnt find your account anywhere else.
