I have used this company a few times now and I am very unhappy with them. The first time I used them they charged me for something that wasnt even there the second time they charged me for something that was already in my account and the last time they just cancelled my account without giving me a reason. Their customer service is terrible and their prices are really high. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was very disappointed with my experience using company plasticmobile.com. The phone is only working for about 6 months and until now they have been known as the Company Plastic Mobile and not hvans Canada Internet Site. I have had to go to numerous tech support stories and even call different numbers but they all just dont work. I even sent a message to the customer service number and they never responded. Im really disappointed in the company because its clear this is an online business that doesnt care about their users. Use at your own risk
