I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. They are just not very good at what they do. The their digital transformation solutions are terrible and their customer service is terrible as well. Ive had to call them multiple times and each time the service is really unhelpful and pretty much useless.

1. Do not use this company They are terrible at anything2. I never received my order and the email said it shipped out but it never even arrived in the mail.3. The website is really disorganized and theres a lot of errors on the pages.4. I was promised a personalized help ticket within 24 hours after leaving a message but never received that either.5. The customer service is extremely unhelpful and unyielding when trying to get their assistance - theyre just very unyielding in general.6. Their prices are ridiculously high for what you receive - especially compared to other companies around here.

I just opened this company today and was overwhelmed First Im not sure if this is the right time for a review - probably not. But in any case I wanted to share my experience with you all better.From what I can tell Plaxonic seems like a great company when it comes to their digital transformation but they make a lot of mistakes which leads to many users leaving and less business than intended. The most germane to this review is that after someone leaves the company for any reason its often very difficult to get back in touch. There is no call center where users want to go because what they were hoping for says Plaxonic was an online platform that allowed users to stay in touch without having to visit each others houses again. Instead users are taken to a policing system where they are told that whatever message there is about the product or service which is usually pretty

I have had the pleasure of working with this company for a few months now and can say that I have not been disappointed. plaxonic has the perfect mix of being both innovative and classic - its hard to find these days. their team is highly skilled and their products are onwards and upwards- you cant ask for more.The only downside I could find is that there are quite a lot of them so it can be difficult to find what youre looking for. Overall plaxonic is an amazing company that has made my life much easier and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I amAmazing customer service for anything and everything I have contacted them multiple times over the last week to ask fore things such as refuses requests for AddRemove from Checklist and original prices on similar products. I have never felt like I was being listened to and instead received a conductive attitude. The level of customer service here is terrible.
