I have been a customer of Play Media Scotland for over 2 years now and I am very disappointed with their services. First and foremost they are not in the business of marketing. They actually do the opposite - they are in the business of selling media products. Second their prices are extremely high compared to other companies in the same industry. Finally their customer service is horrible - you will never be happy with them.

I have had a terrible experience with Play Media Group. They are nothing more than marketing companies who do not know how to market their products. I have never seen anything that they have produced that was even close to good and most of the time it is just very poorly done. The website is always full of errors and misleading information which makes it difficult to find what you are looking for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We wanted a company that would help us find and buy play media and this one did. However the user interface was poorly designed and made it difficult to find what we were looking for.

I have just returned fromour co-ordinated visit to the Play Media Groupceptions were indefinite andwe are very disappointed with the service we received.We had an issue with our playmediagroup.co.uk account and customer service was not good at all. We were informed when we first created it and followed up every 6 hours but now its gone back live for new customers only.

I had to call them multiple times and it was always the same nonsense. My account was even taken away without cause or reason This is not what we expect from our company.
