Plecco is a complete and utter scam. The only thing they offer is technology consulting services which are not worth the money. They will not provide any support and never bother to reply to your emails or even try to help you with problems that you have. Do not use them and be very careful about who you trust with your computer information.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I was told by a representative from plecco.net that my order would be shipped out immediately and that the tracking number was correct - only to find out after I received my email that the package never arrived They then said they couldnt do anything about it because USPS didnt deliver it as promised. Completely unacceptable.
