I was extremely disappointed with the company plenitudeit.com.my. First of all their customer service is absolutely terrible I had to contact them multiple times because my website wasnt displaying correctly and they kept telling me it would be fixed within a certain amount of time. It never happened and now my website isnt working at all. Second their billing software is absolutely horrible Ive had to change my entire payment information multiple times because they keepchanging it without telling me what changes have been made. And lastly their digital marketing CRM is terrible It doesnt work very well and its really hard to keep track of your business updates through the system. Overall Im incredibly unhappy with this company and wouldnt recommend them to anyone else.

This company is a complete scam. I have been dealing with them for over a year now and I have had to deal with every single problem they have. They never seem to get it when it comes to their clients always apologizing and trying to do something about it. The billing software they use is absolutely terrible. It keeps going wrong and you have to email them all the time just to get an update on whats happening. But even more importantly the quality of their work is terrible. They always end up making things much worse than they need to and then trying to tell me that everything was my fault because I didnt use their services properly. avoid this company at all costs

Ive used them for both digital marketing and billing software and each time they have been very disappointing in terms of quality control and customer service. Their products are often buggy and unfinished and their customer service is always unhelpful and difficult to work with. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
