Ive had the pleasure of working with company plungeinteractive.com in the past where I was required to write poor user reviews that would dish up as marketing fodder for my business. Its really not my job and it feels really bad but you can see right away that this is not one of my strengths. I was going to write a letter to the head office of this company but I think it would be more accurate to find someone else who has positive feedback for this website. So here are my findingsThe best way to social media is not because they want people To give themThis is one reason why users have zero respect for their head office and their customers on social media. They want attention and cant stand being undermined or denied access to information when they try to share theirs with others online. In fact many times they might post pictures or videos without even trying before feeling like its too dangerous or doesnt feel safe doing so in case somebody sees through it and takes legal action against them. Users should never be given something for free simply because they offer nothing in return - especially if what theyre offering is potential customer service that isnt up-to-date with
