I have had negative experiences with this company. First off they offer a really expensive automation service that doesnt work as promised. Second their customer service is terrible. Third the software they use is outdated and difficult to use. Finally their pricing is ridiculous.

I was very disappointed with the level of incompetence and ignorance that I encountered while working with Pnautomation.com. They offer IT modernization services but their website does not list any of the various services they offer. In addition their customer service is nonexistent at best and unhelpful at worst. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

.I am not sure what the problem is but its been going on for months now. The service is poor and theyre not to responsible. I have to call them every day and ask for new services or new ideas for how to improve the service. Its just not something they care about. Overall I would recommend avoiding this company at all cost.

We were given a budget but did not receive any information about what that would mean for our account. We were also told that there may be some IT changes coming in the near future but we didnt get any information about when those would happen. Overall I was very disappointed with the experience and will never use this company again.
