Do not use PODS365.com as your go-to source for web and mobile app development. The company is incredibly incompetent and their products are terrible. I have had numerous issues with their services most notably how they handle warranty claims. Overall do not bother using this company unless you cant find better options elsewhere.

Do not use this company. They are terrible at what they do. Ive had to deal with them on and off for years now and each time it gets worse. The people who work there are always trying to sell you things even if you dont need them. And the app development is always a mess.

I have had two different businesses with podS365.com and I have never been so disappointed. The business does not work with out theese problems. Every time I have a problem with podS365.com it is like they are blue in the face and says Were sorry we dont offer that type of service. Sometimes its an email about how to contact support other times its a phone call but always when I email them they say Were sorry we dont offer that type of service. And then I would go ahead and authorsize my issue by saying This issue is with podS365.com and not me. They do this because they want people to stop paying their fees.I am not lying when I say this is a bad company I am honest enough to tell people that exactly what I just said. But if you want to take my word for it then let me be the one that tries to provide

I have had great experiences with podS365.com. However I think their business model is bit flawed. January 13 2017 - They offer a free trial then you need to paid for the services that they provide. For example they could create a blog post or do an e-commerce store order. They give you a free trial and after that you need to pay for the services that they provide. September 25 2016 - Their customer service is good but their business model is not so good. podS365.com does not offer a free trial and there are fees for every service you receive although you dont need to pay for them initially.
