The people who run this company are nothing more than scammers who promise to give you amazing contact center solutions but in the end they only take your money and make you feel like a victim. Do not bother giving them any of your money you will never see any return on that investment.

I am currently working at this company and it has been a great experience. However I have had some bad experiences that have made me avoid this company. First of all the call center is small and not well designed. The people who work here are really slow to get started and end up called back end operators. In addition there is no commission revenue generated from customer contact points which is amazing given the price of the services offered. Finally the customer service is terrible. I never receive any help or support from the managers on staff. If I have to ask for anything they give me a different answer because its not something that they are good at.
