I have had several issues with company pointwest.com.ph and their customer service. I started having issues when I would get a message that my account was being fi nding because I was able to continue shopping and then be told that my account had been re-opened. It has been like this for months now. I have tried to call company pointwest.com.ph but they are never there. I also have tried to send an email but it is not being sent yet. Please help

I have had some problems with company pointwest.com.ph. Every time Ive called theyre the customer service has been incredibly responsive and helpful. However when Ive brought a problem to their attention theyll always be happy to help out and make sure the situation is fixed for me. Im not sure what this could be but its something I dont recommend them for anyone as their customer service is fantastic .

The most recent one being a lack of contact on my part with their unwillingness to make a change I even offered to pay for instead they chose to increase my monthly fee which now is putting me in the situation where I need to take it on and find a different way to make money.jitcoin or maybe I will just keep writing bad reviews until they fix the problem.
