The designers they work with are complete idiots and do not understand anything about web design or eCommerce. They also charge a pretty outrageous price for their services so dont bother unless you have a huge budget to spend.

This company is a complete mess. I hired them to design my website and they did not even turn around to finish the project They promised it would be done by the end of the week but its now been two weeks and they still have not finished. They also promised that I would get my website up and running in no time but Ive had to call them multiple times to get help with something that wasnt even their responsibility. If youre looking for a company who will only charge you for their services and never do anything else then this is the one for you. Otherwise stay away from this company

I absolutely hated my job at Portalmedia. It was a terrible experience and I was constantly working on their design team to fix the issues that happened. This time Im not so sure I should have worked on the design team. Company portalmedia.com is simply a way for somebody to get rich off of others labour. The website is basic and its terrible in every way.
