This company is terrible. I have used them for a total of 2 workshops and both times they were incredibly unprofessional and rushed. They dont even seem to understand what digital design is. The first time they just wanted to start designing right away without any other details about the project. The second time they completely ignored my requests for feedback and started designing everything based on what they had in their mind instead of using anything that I said as a guide. Definitely not worth your time or money.

I never had high hopes for this company. TheDigitalDesignStudio website looks like it was made in a hurry and there are some errors in the design. Additionally when I contacted the customer service they were very unhelpful and didnt seem to care about their customers. Overall I would not recommend this business to anyone.

The company is adult education and they offer no-nonsense digital design software for a price you can afford. The products they produce is basic and not what you would want or need in a business. The interface is unhelpful and difficult to use especially when it comes to managing inventory.This software is specifically designed for businesses that are too small to form their own business model or those that cannot even find the money to buy a computer. If you are looking for a business software that will help you with everything from marketing to customer service this isnt the product for you.
