PreludeSys is the worst company ever They are not a digital transformation services company but an IT business solutions company. If you need help with your computer or internet issues you should go to the local hardware store and buy some proper cables and adapters instead of what they offer in their digital transformation services package. Do not even bother calling them they do not answer any questions.

I just had preludesys set up as my IT Business Solutions provider and I am extremely unhappy They have made me look like a stupid age group person who cant handle on their own. And the user interface is terrible.

PreludeSys, Review Specifics:
I have had Pre-OS for a while now and it has been very useable. However the customer service is terrible. I have had to send multiple emails and call them because no matter how much they try Pre-OS finds the issues with my computer even if they are not own by me. Overall I would not recommend this app to anyone.
