I have never had such terrible customer service. The representative who helped me set up my personal softwares account was so rude and unprofessional. She told me that she couldnt do anything because the software company Im using already has a custom softwares program and I need to switch to it. Obviously this is a scam Do not use this company

and parts.I have had two items from company presear.com and they are the worst things I have ever purchased. First I bought a network card and it was supposed to arrive in brokerage - when it did it was already on my door step The next item was a softwareset- I mistakeed myself for another user and bought something that wasnt even a softwareset And lastly I received my order lateptly- but not without mistakes. But all in all company presear.com is the worst place Ive ever purchased from.

However some users have had such an negative experience that they have taken action against company presear.com. Here is their user reviewI was very disappointed with my experience at company presear.com. The first time I tried to change something it wasous they said they would do what I needed but then did nothing. The last time I worked on a product they told me it was not working as good as it should and when I asking about the pictures he said Oh yes we have posted these pictures here But when I asked him to take care of them he says We dont have time for your business He has terrible customer service skills
