Ive never had such terrible service from a company. The first time I tried to use their service I was told my account would be suspended because they were out of stock. Second time I called and it said my order couldnt be processed because it was delivered to the wrong address. Third time after placing an order and waiting three days for it to arrive I received a notice that my order number could no longer be used because someone had already put in an Order Number. Needless to say this company is nothing but a scam.

I have never had such an unprofessional experience with a company. The representative I spoke to on the phone was not at all interested in my problem and wanted me to go ahead and buy a box of software that she said would help me solve my problem. She also told me that if I did not purchase the software she would charge me for her time. Needless to say I will not be using this company again.

I never received my prexel order and when I contacted customer service they said it would be delivered in a few days. After several days of no response I called again and was told that the order had been cancelled because there was not enough demand for it. Do not use this company if you need your prexel order

Ive had a terrible experience with company prexel. Theyre in the business of selling you Prexels which are ads that you view to promote their service. Ive never seen anything good about them and my experience has been nothing but bad. The ads always seem to be in the same place and they never tell you what the product is actually for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got my first order from Prexel. Win and they had the same product which was noon again. I contacted them and they said they dont have that product. So I asked them to send a new one right away. They also said their are some other products in the business that they dont have and those products will be delivered on time but if youre not happy with it then you can always stop ordering from us because we dont high quality
