I have never had such terrible customer service. I called about a possible outage and their response was to send someone out to check on me 10 minutes later the person who came knocked at my door said they couldnt find the issue and would have to call me back Then after asking repeatedly if I needed help with something that wasnt even related to the outage they finally helped me. It was only after hours of trying and numerous phone calls did I get someone from PrimeIT Solutions. And even then it took them forever to figure out what I needed done. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They have really terrible customer service skills and cannot seem to help anyone who asks for help. Overall avoid this company if you can

I just visited company primeits.com.au and was disappointed. The website is small and does not have a lot of information about it. There are only a few articles about it all. One being about how to create a website on 10 minutes notice and the other being about how to set up a website for free. I was expecting a more comprehensive website with in-depth article content about the business as it works with Prime It Solutions and SEO Marketing but I found this instead only little something small when visiting the website.
