"Has Terrible Customer Service. I Have Had"
PriorIT US Inc, Review Specifics:
has terrible customer service. I have had to call them multiple times to get my computer back and it has taken forever. I also have had to wait for an hour or more because they dont give a fig about their customers.I was really disappointed with the customer service at PriorIT when using our computer network. We would called them multiple times to get our computer back only to be told that we needed to come in person- even though the site said no access via phone. The time frame for getting your device back is alwaysassionly slow no matter how much you may argue against it.also having Toilet paper in the office u made this place bad
