Im a customer of this company and I have had the misfortune to experience terrible customer service. My first interaction with them was via email which was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. They refused to help me create an App that I wanted to develop instead insisting that I use their in-house development team - which is apparently something they do fairly regularly. After waiting weeks for my app to be developed when it finally came through - only to find out that it wasnt even finished yet - I gave up and decided not to use them anymore.

I have worked with this company for a few years now and I have had the misfortune of working with them on multiple occasions. They are always either late or not able to meet their deadlines. Additionally they charge an extortionate cost for their services which is beyond what most companies would offer. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

1 Do not use this company if you want to make a decent app. They are terrible at what they do and will not help you in any way. They have no idea how to develop an app and will only tell you what they think is best for you. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.2 There is no customer service available to help with anything related to their products even after hours. You may find yourself stranded on the phone with a dead product or without a working app because of this companys incompetence.
