Ive been a customer of this company for about two months now and I have to say that it is not worth the money. The programination feature is incredibly slow and it takes forever for anything to happen. Moreover the customer service is terrible. They dont seem to care about their customers satisfaction and theyre always trying to upset them by asking too many questions without providing any answers. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the programination.com website. The website is very outdated and difficult to use. The only way to get started is by subscribing to a monthly subscription which is quite expensive. Additionally there are no features available on the website that interested me. I would not recommend this programination.com site to anyone

I have never had such terrible customer service. I was trying to program my birthday party and the software wouldnt let me do anything because it said I needed a subscription What kind of an absurd excuse is that They told me they couldnt help me because they were in the middle of new programming features and they hadnt released the update for months. Its not like their going to be able to help if you cant even program your own birthday party. Save your money and use someone else.

They were always eager to help and they ever felt sympathetic and could be reached anytime if needed. Overall I highly recommend them
