has always been a bad customer service.I have recently become a Prologic Technologies client and am already familiar with the companys offering. They are providing software that is custom development services for me but the company has never been good at giving a positive experience when it comes to my customers experiences. For example Ive had to wait for over an hour for their delivery of one of my projects even though theyre supposed to be doing it soon. The quality of their software is top notch but this waiting time was worth it in the end - I got two very high-quality applications from theirs However since then there have been many problems with their productsservice most notably 1 Our user interface is Documentation control rather than working gold standard 2 No tracking support and quite some other marker getting into system so you cant really see what progress your work has made 3 biggest issue being that all information gets lost in translation 4th level where
