The company is terrible. I had a tech support issue with them and it was really bad. They told me that my problem was couldnt be solved but it turns out it was because they didnt have the required software. They also said that I needed to sign up for a subscription so that they could help me with my other problems which sucked because I dont even use their service and theres no reason to subscribe in the first place.
