I have had the displeasure of working with this company for the past two years. The first time I worked on a project that was supposed to be done in three days and it took six. The second time the work was completed over a weekend and I received no notice of what happened to my project until after it was completed. These are just two examples of how they do not take customer satisfaction seriously. My advice is dont use them if you want your projects to go smoothly and without any issues

Do not use this company They outsourced software development testing and it was all a disaster. The entire process cost me over 1000 and I still dont have my product - which is now more than two months old. Avoid this company if you can.

The outsourced software development testing service they provided was not up to par and I had to wait a long time for my project to be finished. In addition the customer service was unyielding and did not seem very interested in helping me out. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They even have a video which they can use to prove it.The company pronto-ss.com app is just an awful way to live your life.
