CroatiaIm not impressed with this company. They seem to be in the business of selling virtual reality headsets and yet they dont really have anything else going for them. I bought one of their headsets the model VR-1 and its terrible. It doesnt feel very good at all and the lenses are way too small.

However the only thing they deliver is an expensive headache. The software is very difficult to use and its not worth the price tag. Save your money and dont take this company seriously.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. The woman who made the VR app was absolutely horrible and always had to be close to me to make sure I was realising what she was doing. The other people in my group were better then her and we could have just gone back to each others companies. Overall I gave this company two out of five stars.

Provirtuala.com is a company that creates and sells virtual reality devices. Their products are not of very good quality or user service. The customer service is poor and they do not even seem to want their customers back. I for one did not appreciate the wait time for my device and was told by one of the employees that it would be for the best if I got a new one as soon as possible. Overall I did not enjoy my experience at Provirtuala.com and would not recommend them to others.This company provides virtual reality devices that are poor in quality lack customer service and are overpriced.

However one users review of their service has caused much controversy online.The users name is used on company websites and social media accounts in relationships with people who want to use them to voice criticism or approval of the companys services. In fact the only thing the user has specifically sought to hide is that they are a male customer service representative. The user has allowed me to see their website for this reason.
