I have been using this company for a while now and I have had nothing but negative experiences. First of all the staff is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Secondly they always seem to be running late on their projects and they never seem to have the resources they need. And lastly the whole process of getting my ad published with them is incredibly complicated and time-consuming. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought this to send through the post office and its just not going to work. The add says that it can print at 2 speeds - fast orSlowest speed that Ive ever seen. But when I clicked on the Slowest speed link it said the document was too large. Im not sure what size the document is but it said to try one of the speeds. When I tried the speed link the paper just wouldnt start running the document. I had to hand over the book to a friend and then ran into customer service who said there wasnt anything they could do they needed my ID to do something about it. So now Im stuck here with a bad user review which says that their product isnt up to date with todays technology

This company is terrible. They give you a publicatjon of a persons phone number and time table for an upcoming meeting but they never actually meet with them. And then when they do they seem to be late or something. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
