Purecobalt is a company that is in the business of making cobalt. I have never had any great experience with them until now. They were recommended to me by a friend. When I got there I found out that their main office was in their territory and they were selling CobALT without getting proper paperwork completed or waiting for government approval first. The store itself was clean but the quality of the coal it replaced was terrible - it looked like it had not been cleaned in years and the Coal Gently breathed on me as I walked through the door...Im not sure what she wanted from me instead of what she needed. Purecobalt customer service did not meet my expectations at all.
