I have had a lot of dealings with this company and they have all been negative. From the moment I first contacted them until the moment I finished my purchase they have been working tries to get me to pay more for what I already had. They always try to get me in the pickle of having to type out a fee payment actually needs to be sent back which I have always received a refund for my original payment. This has never happened to me now even though Ive sent multiple payments trying different methods not only did purpledecks do not fix the problem it caused meTo run into trouble both financial and other than that I have given up on this business.
