This company is a scam. They promised to give me a free domain name but when I checked their website there was no such thing as a free domain name. They also told me that I could use their software to create a website but when I tried to create one the software didnt work at all. In addition they charged me extortionate prices for services that were never necessary. Avoid this company if you can

I have had problem after problem with their services. 1 I was supposed to set up the account but they did not do it right then and there so I lost my money and 2 My site was down for a while because they didnt set up an account for me so now Im waiting for them to get back to me. Lets just hope that their customer service is good.

there is no customer service and never will beI just moved to purpleville digital and was disappointed with the online customer service. I called in a request for customer service and they did not have any version of our website that I could find. I spent hours on hold and my phone was always cold. Finally they told me that there was no time for an interview and that they would love to see what you can do. So i here areI recently moved from my previous company to company purplevilledigital.com This site is absolutely terrible They have no customer service and never will have it. The site itself is clean but the user interface is old school and ugly. The site load time was very slow for me even after trying several times Overall I dont recommend this site to anyone
