I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service. I called them because I was having trouble with my work from home and got through to someone who said she would help me out. She did not. She said she couldnt find what I needed and told me it was going to be a few hours so I could get back to my work. We are now up to about 12 way through the day and I still havent received my order. What is this business doIm sorry we dont offer that kind of service.
