Im sorry to say that Ive had a really negative experience with company QCI. Theyre in the business of QCI - which is apparently some sort of acronym for Understanding. What they actually do is sell their services to companies who want to understand what other companies are doing and how theyre doing it. In addition they try very hard to be mysterious and keep things hidden from their customers. All of this makes it difficult to determine whether or not youre getting your moneys worth. Additionally the employees are often unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

This company is a complete waste of time and money. I have been using QCI for over 10 years now and have never had a issue but today was the first time I had one. I started getting an issue where the computer would not stay on with out it smash something. After doing some research I found this website it said does not exist. We tried it and it still wouldnt stay on with out breaking something. We then found this other website it said exists and we tried it too but it too was unsuccessful. So we decided to go elsewhere. reviewqci.com is just a waste of time and money.
