I have had a terrible experience with company Qatar Electronic Publishing Trading. First of all the customer service is nil. They wont response to any of my emails or phone calls. I even sent them an email asking for help with a printing order and still havent received a response back. Secondly the products they sell are garbage. The quality is terrible and it looks like they only made these things because someone told them to. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I just got my order from company qept-qatar.com and it was deceased Im not sure what kind of technology it was but it was an online order so there has to be something wrong with the system. Ive tried to go into the customer service section on this but they dont seem to be very interested in helping me. They do nothing but talk on their phone all day. Im going to give them a chance to prove that theyre worth their weight in gold and then make a decision about whether or not I want to keep the computer or not.

Im very disappointed with my recent purchase. It was supposed to be a great experience and the user review that I saw immediately after buying it was certainly not one of them. I am Reichard his wife is Dalia and theyve all been wonderful to us. However our subsequent purchase from earlier in the year simply wasnt delivered as expected and we were forced to go through every step of the process over again just to find out why it wasnt what we wanted. Overall I would not recommend this company at all.
