I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service was terrible and their software was absolutely horrible. Their website is also very misleading and does not tell you what their product is really for. I would never use them again and advise others to do the same.

Ive had a lot of negative experiences with this company. First their customer service is terrible. They always try to give me the runaround and wont help unless Im ready to pay for something that they think I need. Second their software is garbage. Its easy to get caught up in the features and never really gets you anywhere. Third their emailing system is absolutely horrible. Ive had to change my entire address because they kept trying to send me out messages from my old one even though it no longer worked. Finally their CRM is complete garbage. I have literally received more compliments on my website than complaints ever have

This company is a total scam. The first thing you will notice is that their website looks very fake and only has good reviews from people who are probably paid to write them. Second they dont actually offer anything at all. They just sell software QM Soluciones Tecnologia Software and emailing programs. Finally their CRM is terrible - it doesnt work well at all and takes forever to populate your account. Do not bother giving them your money - youll be sorry you did

de lealtadI am not happy with my account here. The fields are all missing from the site and its very slow. I had to search for qmsoluciones.com in the search bar and it found the site on a first name by last name basis. So Im not happy with my review but I guess you cant always need it.

for workI absolutely hated this company. I have been using their software for a while and have had great results. However I started a new job and they refused to change the software because it was too old. They said that it was still working perfectly and they would not change it because of the old software. So I took my computer to a repair shop and they replaced the software with no problems. If youre ever going to use this company be sure to have good results with their software
