I would not recommend Qualtrics XM to anyone. The software is terrible and it makes your work very hard. Its also impossible to track the progress of your projects because you cant see whats going on in the results area.

I was very disappointed with this company. They claim to be the leading experience management software but their software is terrible. I couldnt even create a user account and it took me hours to figure out how to do what I needed to. Its not worth the time and money to use this software.

I was a bit WIre when I started out. Now Im not so sure if thats a good or bad thing. Ive since stopped using the software and are now using most of my own time management software. If youre not used to it it can be hard to understand the vaguely robotic interface. The best way to describe it is that Qualtrics makes learning how to manage your time seem easy. Ive never been more disappointed with a company before this one. They broke me through the tough times and got me out of some great situations but right after they went down two big things happened. One my break-even point shifted up and my overall customer base grew by about 10. So there seems to be something wrong with this company There is no quantrics or Quantexing anymore until they were both in the same building at different times and in different languages. -ivid
