I have sent multiple messages to customer service and they still do not seem to understand what they are trying to achieve.I am very disappointed with the company Quantumsoftech.com and would not recommend them to others.

Im not sure what the companys mission is but I dont think its very good. All they do is show pictures of people using their apps and tell me how great they are. They dont give a real hardinfo about an app either. You can find many better places to find information about your mobile app than from company quantumsoftech.com.Ive used their website and phone application and both are terrible. Customer service is non-existent current version of app is terrible latest update makes the App Starving Games era worse. Dont bother with this product - go to better options like Google Play or Appcelerator.The companys user review for their app is terrible and doesnt even include the impact of the update on the apps efficiency.

I absolutely hated my recent experience with company quantumsoftech.com. The app was extremely disliked and the website was a disaster. I did not realize that you needed to create a new account to use the site. 100 of the time I didnt need the app because I could have been working on another project at the same time and it would have taken up valuable time. However if I used the site like everyone else and saved all my work into a file type other than PDF then I could theoretically use it without having to worry about using the app. Its as if they care about users but drop the ball in their attempt to be helpful. For example when I asked them how they were able to save work into a different file form than PDF they provided this one simple response Were happy youre using our software......Which is sort of like telling me that I shouldnt have bothered myself to try something before giving up on it. Thank you
