"I Just Moved To Brisbane And"
Qubasoft, Review Specifics:
I just moved to Brisbane and am not able to access my account. I last used this company back in January and had great experiences. This time Im having trouble with their customer service. They are down for the count since March 17th or so. Ive tried call them multiple times now but they dont answer calls properlynormally help us out pleaseThis company is terrible at customer service and their phone number is always going off in the air how can they be down for the counts when its been over three months now And also their website isnt working anymore either- trying to reach someone who is currently online only works as a screen capture of whats happening on Facebook page
