customer serviceI just had a issue with my purchase and I would not recommend this company to others. They are very slow in working and when they do work its often because they have been lucky points and have the best customer service. Other companies are not like that and youre always waiting for a bad experience. Ive never had that so there is probably nothing they can do about it.

customer serviceI just got my first issue with company quirk.biz. Its been going on for weeks now and Im not the only one who has had issues... We even have a website that shows our customer service number Not that this situation is any different but its pretty strange that this would be the case...company quirk.biz does not seem to care about their customers. They have a contact center and they do not call customers very often if at all. Sometimes you get the feeling that they dont even want to talk to people anymore.If youre ever having a problem with company quirk.biz be sure to reach out in an email or phone conversation. You may get a support person who is more than happy to help you out... But remember patience is key when dealing with customer service dont stay mad or frustrated but rather leave with something to show for their time and effort.
