have lost your business information.I Raadl IT Solutions have had the bad luck to find ourselves in the business of customer service. We have received several user reviews which are much smaller than what is said on company raadl.com. It seems that people who have had this experience with us have had similar experiences as me - we are not good at customer service and are quite simply too busy developing our own solution instead of being a customer of ours. I hope that someone out there can get us back on track and bring us closer to our goal of providing excellent customer service. Thank you for your time

have not taken care of this customerI have had two bad experiences with Raadl IT Solutions. The first time I had a problem with my laptop and they were out to get me a new laptop because they said it was because of my laptops manufacturer. They were Professional and I expected them to know how to use my device. The second experience was also same except that I received a call from the company raadl.com trying to tell me that they needed to change something on my account and thats when I realized they werent very good at their job. Overall Ive had bad experience with Raadl IT Solutions and I dont think its anything alone in the companys past or current services.
