I found this company to be extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I was never able to get ahold of anyone who could help me with my document management needs even after trying multiple times. The software they provide is very outdated and does not work well at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have just returned from the company Rannsolve.com and am very disappointed. The website is terrible and they have made some great changes but the software is absolutely horrible. I had a heart attack and was given 3 day off work because of it- even though I knew I would die if I didnt do something about this. The software makes me sick etc... But we will see how it goes.

I have had a lot of trouble with this company and I have had it with different companies in the past. They are absolutely terrible at their jobs They make sure to use the most current technology but they are always trying to change the direction of the business. They have no idea about document management software or healthcare RCM. If you need some help they will tell you all about the best options for what you need but they are not good at document management software or healthcare RCM themselves.
