"Im Not A Big Fan"

RDC Informatics, Review Specifics:

Im not a big fan of companys other users. They never seem to be complete with their LBSs. Some companies have a great way of communicating with their customers and this is not the case with RDC Informatics. Ive had the opportunity to try their new customer service policytacticaly how to handle customer service issues and its terrible. The companys website is also terrible for customer service. Overall I would not recommend RDC Informatics to anyone.

Im not sure if this is some sort of problem with my account or what but its something that I dont want to be involved in.worthlessThis user has hired us and we have failedWe are sorry your account has been cancelled and you are no longer welcome to reach out for help.
