is a scam.I used this company to get my airline tickets and miles. I was very happy with the service until it came time for my trip. After paying for the tickets and miles I received a letter in the mail saying that they cannot process your order because you have not yet paid your balance of money. They also told me that they would have to contact my airlines to find out why my tickets were not processed and how much money I owed them. After several phone calls and emails I finally got someone on the phone who said that there was an issue with my bank account and that it would take at least two weeks for them to process everything. After waiting more than two weeks I called them again and asked what had happened to my tickets and miles. The person on the phone told me that he could not find any record of whether or not my tickets or miles were ever processed - which is completely untrue In fact if you compare

However this isnt always the case. In fact sometimes the company may not be able to provide some basic services to their users. For example they may not be able to browse your photos or videos. Im sorry to say that this is something that Ive experience more than once with RDC Aviation. If youre looking for a company that is going to provide good customer service then look elsewhere.RDC Aviation really doesnt care about their users and makes sure that they are only able to help those who need it most. While other companies might provide great customer service RDC Aviation just doesnt seem put in order to do so.
